Have had many products from here, always great, recently had customer services help, a lady called Ann, absolutely brilliant customer support, dealt with my issues immediately, outstanding, thank you Ann.

I placed an order but it had been shipped and for a week I never received the tracking number. However, I reached out to customer service who responded pretty quickly, Ann was able to help me, and my package is already in my town. 🤍

Had an email to say my order had been delivered and its not here. Customer services have immediate sorted this for me. Amazing, thank you.

I had ordered bperfect foundation which came broken and unusable , I contacted bperfect customer service where I got a response from Ann who was very helpful and issued me with a replacement which arrived within two days, will diffidently be ordering from this site again.

Customer service… Ann was so helpful, I’m probably a bit older than I’d like to be but she was so nice and thoughtful, so I’ll try the samples and fingers crossed one will suit my (aging skin)

I placed 2 orders,1 arrived really quickly (via Royal Mail) which was fantastic, however the 2nd item never showed up. I emailed customer services and was corresponding with Ann, who was super helpful and efficient and solved the problem quickly, issuing me with a full refund. I will be ordering from this company again because not only are the products absolutely Amazing! But because the customer service was also impeccable from start to finish. Thank you from a happy customer :)

Had an issue with my order as my blush arrived smashed. I emailed customer case and Ann responded right away and sent out a replacement. Such a fast response!! Thanks for your help Ann x

Very bad experience on Thursday this week at castle court shop Belfast. Went into the shop with my daughter, the three girls working started laughing and giggling at us. Didn't give us any assistance or help ...making us feel very uncomfortable. I could have left the shop but i needed the product so bad i had to buy it. Staff training badly needed angry customer here 😡

Great customer service, ordered wrong shade foundation, emailed them, got reply and order changed very happy.

I bought 2 palettes, and only one arrived. Customer service is incredibly important to me, as I like to recommend and support companies that care about their customers. The customer service I received was top-notch. The person I spoke to was extremely kind, and had my problem sorted out within 30 minutes. I am very impressed. If you ever have an issue, make sure to contact them. You will be in great hands!

My palette arrived broken today, but I contacted customer service and Debbie, replied exceptionally quickly and issued me a full refund as the palette was no longer in stock. Pity about the palette but the customer service was excellent
